More CSIs, in particular corporate foundations, are considering to set up a new legal structure to compensate for their boundaries (e.g. in terms of financial instruments: corporate foundations are oftentimes bound to use equity or loans, or legal and regulatory restrictions: corporate foundations are mostly restricted from supporting investees with business relevance). This session will therefore help practitioners explore when and how they can set up new legal structures.
